Halo Points may be redeemed for merchandise listed in the "rewards" section of the McFarlane Toys Web site (www.spawn.com/halopoints). Please visit the Web site for the values needed to obtain each reward.

All Halo Points must be removed from packaging to be claimed. Only original UPC barcode with Halo Points from McFarlane Toys Halo Brand products are valid. No reproductions are allowed. No credit will be given for lost or stolen Halo Points. Halo Points are only available on specially marked products. McFarlane reserves the right to change the point values at any time during the program. Halo Points may be collected from products or other specially marked items distributed by McFarlane Toys. Halo Points may be redeemed only once. No refunds are given, and no credit is given for unused points.

Incomplete, illegible, or damaged entries (missing the official redemption certificate, unsigned, Halo Points with UPC codes clipped from packaging, and/or payment) will not be honored. No copies, duplicates or other reproductions will be accepted. McFarlane Toys reserves the right to verify all redemptions and reject any insufficient redemption at its sole discretion. Offer valid for redemption by end users only; excludes resellers and distributors. Void where taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. McFarlane Toys is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, mutilated, incomplete, illegible or postage-due redemptions. Offer valid in the US and its territories, Canada, Australia and most European countries. International Redemption Certificate must be submitted for international addresses.

McFarlane Toys reserves the right to change, add, or remove the methods by which points may be collected. McFarlane Toys reserves the right to make changes to these Official Rules at any time. Rewards and point values are subject to change at any time. Inventory is not guaranteed; rewards may be substituted at McFarlane Toys discretion. McFarlane Toys reserves the right to terminate the program, temporarily suspend and/or extend the program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, even though a termination may affect the ability to accrue or redeem points. In the event of an early termination, points must be used within thirty days from the date the program termination is announced to redeem points. Downloading of the official redemption certificate on www.spawn.com/halopoints or any other website constitutes reading and acceptance of the existing terms and conditions. The most current version is available at www.spawn.com/halopoints and will supersede all previous terms and conditions. Corporations, associations, or other groups may not participate in the Halo Points Program. It is fraudulent to pool points for combined redemption.

McFarlane Toys reserves the right to modify any of the Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the duration of the Collection Period and Redemption Period, methods by which points can be collected and redeemed, eligible products to be purchased, the number of points associated with the purchase of eligible products or other activities, that number of points that can be used to redeem rewards, and any of the options available at Spawn.com, even though a change may affect the ability to accrue or use points.
