"Austin Powers" Home video and DVD release party was held Nov. 16 at Tower Records on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. Guest appearances by Verne "Mini-Me" Troyer and Mindy "Frau Farbissina" Sterling added extra excitement to the live Fembot performances and stellar performance by the Maverick Records' Solar Twins.

    This swinging gala also featured live radio remotes and photo opportunities in Decipher's Shaguar. McFarlane Toys' Austin Powers talking figures were included in all the celebrity gift bags and postcards featuring the first images of our second series of Austin Powers figures, scheduled to be released in February, were available to all the guests and customers in Tower Records.
