Hockey's bloodlines run deepest in Canada, and McFarlane Toys is proud to offer a new set of Team Canada Sports Picks figures celebrating two of the greatest teams ever to wear the nation's maple leaf. In 1987, Wayne Gretzky captained a squad that included a young Mario Lemieux to a thrilling 6-5 victory over the USSR in game three of a best-of-three finals series. In 2004, Lemieux's Team Canada career came full-circle as he wore the captain's "C" and led his squad to a perfect 6-0-0 record in the World Cup of Hockey, including a 3-2 victory over Finland to claim the championship.
