TODD MCFARLANE BACK FOR THIRD SEASON OF ARIZONA REPUBLIC'S 'PICK THE PROS' NFL CONTEST

Are you ready for some football?

For the third consecutive season, Todd McFarlane will participate in the Arizona Republic's "Pick the Pros" contest. "Pick the Pros" is designed as a 17-week contest during the NFL football season. Players pick the winners of Saturday, Sunday and Monday NFL games. Use Phoenix media personalities or Spawn creator Todd McFarlane's picks as a guide. Contest play begins with the first game on Sunday Sept. 10th, 2006 at 10 a.m. [MST] and runs through the final game on Sunday December 31st, 2006 at 6:15 p.m. [MST]. Weekly prizewinners will be determined every Tuesday during the play period while the grand prizewinner will be determined on or before Mon., January 8, 2007. Fans can play by logging on to www.pickthepros.azcentral.com.

So for all you sports board members who consider yourselves knowledgeable about the NFL, sign up and play!
