In a licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Pictures, McFarlane Toys announces plans to make a line of action figures based on the classic 1966 animated movie, How The Grinch Stole Christmas!

Written by legendary children's author Dr. Seuss, Grinch has been delighting people of all ages for more than 40 years. It's the story of an anti-Santa (with a heart two sizes too small) who tries - and fails - to stop Christmas in Whoville.

McFarlane Toys' first series of How the How The Grinch Stole Christmas! figures will be available in 3- and 6-inch scale of the following fan-favorite scenes:

  • Two Sizes too Small: The Grinch standing with hands on hips, wearing an evil grin
  • You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch: The Grinch stealing stockings from the mantle of a Whoville fireplace
  • All I Need Is a Reindeer: The Grinch tying antlers on his dog Max's head
  • Cindy Lou Who: Everyone's favorite Who
  • Mount Crumpet Boxed Set: The Grinch and Max with sleigh
These figures will include play-action features, and are scheduled to reach stores in October.
