On Sunday, May 28, Barry Bonds crushed a 3-2 pitch some 445 feet to center field for his seventh homer of the season and the 715th of his illustrious career. The home run moved Bonds past Babe Ruth on the career home run list, leaving him just 40 homers behind Hank Aaron and the all-time record.
