McFarlane Toys first-ever NHL in-arena giveaway is next week on Dec. 21!

McFarlane Toys is partnering with the Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Club for a series of NHL action figure in-arena giveaways for the 2006-07 season, and the first giveaway figure is Jeremy Roenick. His figure will be given away to all fans on Dec. 21 at Arena as the team takes on the Edmonton Oilers. Roenick is featured wearing the Coyotes red home uniform adorned with their commemorative Decade in the Desert patch.

This joint venture marks the first time that a Phoenix Coyotes fan-favorite player will be immortalized as a 3-inch action figure by McFarlane Toys. In addition, 200 lucky fans will be able to have Jeremy Roenick autograph their figure the day before the game, Wednesday, Dec. 20 from noon to 1:00 P.M. at the Westgate Fountains on the north side of Arena. Fans are asked to bring a toy to donate to Operation Santa in exchange for the autographed figure. Toys are donated to the West Valley Child Crisis Center. Todd McFarlane will also be live on local rock station 98 KUPD promoting the giveaway around 9am on Dec. 21. Make sure to tune in if you are in the Phoenix area or listen online at
