Full Spawn.com Action Figure Treatment Goes Up

We promised you racing fans a full online NASCAR treatment, spawn.com style and we're coming through. Yes, we had to delay the launch a bit, but -- after rampaging hordes of NASCAR fans threatened to storm the castle -- we pushed approvals through.

The full feature on NASCAR Series 1 from ActionMcFarlane -- which is online now -- has an overview of the upcoming line, including figure specs, additional photography, where to buy lists and QuickTime VRs, among other things.

The line features:

There will be mass market as well as specialty versions of each NASCAR driver, each version featuring a different uniform and base. The mass-market versions will hit retail shelves first in September, followed by the specialty versions about a month later.
