May 17th Episode to Be Based on McFarlane Action Figures
Friday, May 11, 2007

McFarlane action figures are set to appear on the #1 rated television show worldwide, CSI – Crime Scene Investigation.

For the entire season, the CSI team has been searching for a killer who makes a miniature replica of the scene in which the bodies of his victims are to be found, along with a doll that resembles each victim – and McFarlane action figures are key to this storyline. In the season finale, scheduled to air on Thursday, May 17 the "miniature killer" is exposed after a doll of a victim is found among McFarlane Toys action figures.

"We jumped at the chance to have our toys featured on CSI," says McFarlane Toys CEO Todd McFarlane. "It’s only natural that if you look into the mind of a serial killer, you’d find something... off. Something disturbing. One thing we pride ourselves on is the deadly accuracy of our action figures. Combine that attention to detail with some of the darker subject matter we have been known to tackle, and we seem to make the perfect fit for the storyline they have been developing all season."

CSI – Crime Scene Investigation airs on Thursdays at 9PM EST/PST. Check out for more information.
