Friday, August 31, 2007
Once again, Todd McFarlane Entertainment enthusiastically announces the acceptance of Disturbed's "Land of Confusion" music video into the San Diego Film Festival.
Filling one of 85 slots selected from more than 1,000 entries, this is the video's fifth film festival acceptance in five months.
"We feel honored to have our work recognized in the top ten percent of projects submitted to the festival," says TME president, Christine Finch. "It's wonderful competing against peers of this caliber."
The film will compete in the music video category against various other genres. Specifically, "Land of Confusion," will screen at the House of Blues on Saturday, September 29th at 2:00 PM. A question-and-answer session follows. In its sixth year, the festival aims to educate, enlighten and entertain, bringing greater exposure and appreciation of independent film.
Running Sept. 27-30, 2007, the film festival -- which averaged more than 18,000 attendees last year -- is open to the public. Tickets are already on sale and can be purchased through the festival website.
