DION PHANEUF ADDED TO NHL SERIES 20
Seven-figure Line Skates into Stores in December

McFarlane Toys is working overtime in 2008, tweaking our Sports Picks NHL lineups with special consideration to our Canadian collectors. With hockey being the official religion of Canada (and Todd McFarlane being Canadian), it makes sense to gear our NHL lines to include the best and brightest stars from the six teams "up north." With that in mind, we're proud to announce the addition of Calgary Flames defenseman Dion Phaneuf to our NHL 20 lineup.

Phaneuf made his Sports Picks debut in 2007's NHL 15 lineup, and was sculpted wearing Calgary's red uniform with the black ties around the neckline. Because Calgary's white uniform didn't sport the ties, there was no chase version available for Phaneuf. The entire league unveiled a uniform makeover for the 2007-08 season, and Calgary has made their uniforms, well, uniform. Since Calgary's white jersey now has ties around the neckline, we have the opportunity to offer our Phaneuf figure in Calgary's white uniform for the very first time.

With the addition of Phaneuf, the NHL 20 lineup looks like this:
