Friday, October 30, 2009
After wowing critics, retailers and fans galore, Haunt #2 comes to comic shop shelves this Wednesday, November 4th. The title centers on a pair of brothers, Kurt and Daniel Kilgore, who could care less for one another. Kurt, a secret agent, and Daniel, a less than holy priest, bond in a way neither of them expects after Kurt's untimely death. A surprise fusing of Kurt's ghost with Daniel's body creates a chain reaction, turning the brothers into the character, Haunt. Daniel knew his brother Kurt's life was filled with murder and secrecy, but learns it's on a whole other level in Haunt #2. You don't want to miss the follow up issue to the smash hit title, Haunt.
Also available: Haunt #1 Collectors Edition. This rare collectible features interior pages from the first issue, dressed in a matte cover with a gold foil embossed logo. Only 3000 copies of this limited edition issue were produced, with 100 copies signed by Todd McFarlane and Robert Kirkman.
With retailers and fans alike flocking to get their hands on the first printing of Haunt #1, we received word quickly of a first week distribution sellout. Naturally, we rushed to put another printing to press for the masses of fans. After weeks of waiting, the second printing of Haunt #1 can finally be yours. Look for the new cover featuring artwork from Ryan Ottley, inked by Todd McFarlane, with color by FCO Plascencia.
